Unfortunately eating Vegan doesn’t help you from getting Covid or from getting sick. However, having a helathier plant based diet can boost your immune system and help fight infections!

Here are a few tips to boost your immune system?

  • Eat a healthy diet with fruits and vegetables
  • Exercise regularly
  • Get adequate sleep
  • Take supplements

Did you know that there are also specific foods that are considered Immunity boosters? Here are a few (and yes chocolate is one of them!)

Foods to boost immunity:

  • Blueberries
  • Dark Chocolate 70% or higher but ideally being 85% or higher
